I live in the picturesque sunshine state of Queensland, Australia, in a town tucked between the beach and the mountains. I’ve got the best of both worlds which is great for my writing, as there is inspiration all around.

My family includes my husband, daughter and our delightful long haired chocolate sausage dog, Tosh (AKA Toshie). Toshie is my writing companion and you’ll often see him on my socials and blog posts. 

Since 2020, I’ve been working on a trilogy of books, known as the Bells Bay Series. 

Bells Bay is a fictional small town located on the Northern New South Wales coast. Bells Bay was inspired by the famous Byron Bay (where a lot of Hollywood celebrities seem to relocate, it’s a gorgeous spot so I can definitely understand why), the hinterland town of Bangalow and another of my favourite summer haunts, Brunswick Heads. In addition to those Northern NSW towns, Norfolk Island was also a huge source of inspiration for me, particularly Emily Bay and Crystal Pool. I was lucky enough to travel there with my family a few years ago and it is truly a beautiful part of the world. 

My first book in this series, The Tides Turn at Midnight will be released on 1 November 2026. I am so excited for the launch and if you read it and love it, a review on Amazon/Goodreads or a post on Instagram or TikTok would be SO appreciated.

I write for the readers who love romantic stories full of swoon worthy moments with loveable characters, and vivid landscapes and settings. And of course, plenty of our favourite romance tropes like enemies to lovers, forced proximity, found family, small town and more. 

I often describe my readers as ‘salt kissed and starry eyed’. Salt kissed doesn’t necessarily mean kissed by the ocean, although for my Bells Bay series, that’s certainly true! It’s my romantic way of describing someone who is grounded and real, who has perhaps been through something challenging, but still believes in love and happy endings. If that sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

I love reading and if I didn’t love writing, I would definitely be a bookstagrammer! I’m really excited to be building a community and have the opportunity to connect with readers, not just about my books, but all books!
